Submit Meter Readings

Meter readings can be obtained by pressing the "Machine Status" button and selecting "Billing Information" twice on the screen.

The serial number is usually located on the "Device ID" label on top of the device. Alternatively it can be obtained by pressing the "Machine Status" button and selecting "Machine Information" on the screen.

Meter readings are used for billing purposes as part of a service and maintenance agreement. It is for this reason that the accurate reading, collection and submission of meter readings is important.

Not necessarily. We are now able to automate the collection of meter readings for compatible devices by installing a small program called Connect+ on one of the servers or computers on your network. On colour devices, the meters usually are as follows: Meter 1 - Colour Impressions Meter 2 - Black Impressions Meter 3 - Colour Large (ie.
